This dark walnutBuffalo Messenger has some scratches that could become less visible with some leather cream. It also has some fraying on the back side near the zipper pocket. Neither of these things affect the functionality of the bag. It is a fabulous bag!

Exactly what I wanted ! Great quality!!!

Fantastic leather work.

The leather on the outside of the bag is beautiful. The seams look strong and durable. The claps is great quality. The only draw back I could find is the fabric lining of the bag doesn't quite match and seems a little lower quality. I debated whether to drop a star but ultimately thought the bag was worth all five stars given the value of the bag for the price. Overall I am thrilled with my purchase.
