Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong item sent!

Ordered checkbook wallet and got the pocket planner instead, which cost 15 dollars less then wallet and to do an exchange for correct item I have to pay additional tax, so I have to pay more if I want the right product I ordered? Please make right. Don't seem fair on my end to pay anything more.

Nice checkbook cover

But... kind of expensive at $60 total. Also they add some strange insurance fee on ~$1.60. What the heck? Great workmanship, kind of overpriced.
