Bought this for a Satchel & Page bag because the strap the bag originally came with was extremely uncomfortable. Was so happy to see that the shade on the Dark Brown color matches exactly with the S&P shade. Strap is extremely comfortable. Will buy more in the future!
I’ve had this bag for 3 years and have used it once or maybe twice a year. The zipper has failed after the 4th or 5th use. I am well out of the 30 day warranty. The zipper is obviously very small for this size bag. I won’t be buying anything from this company again.

The craftsmanship, quality and sturdiness of this duffel bag is amazing. I am a frequent traveler, and this is perfect for short weekend air travels. it has plenty of storage space and looks stylish. I bought five of them to give as gifts which tells you just how much I love this.

This bag exceeded my expectations. It looks way better in person. It’s a fantastic size. The leather seems to be a top notch quality. It’s also not too heavy (which is great when you’re throwing something over your shoulder as a carry on through an airport). I travel a decent amount for work, and for fun. This bag is a fantastic size for an overnight trip, or a few days. I also really appreciate the easy access to the laptop zipper. I wish their larger bags had this feature - it’s such a stellar addition that so many other companies don’t have. I’m definitely going to buy more Kodiak products. I’m also looking forward to seeing what new products they make in the future.
I haven’t used it but I literally just handle and smell this 85L beauty daily. It’s that nice. Also, I was worried 85L was too big, it’s not, at least not for this NH resident who routinely has to pack more than one pair of jeans and hoodies that would otherwise over-pack anything less rather quickly.
Got this to use for a diaper bag, and it is wonderful! Spacious and quility craftsmanship. I believe this will last many years past its use of a diaper bag and be wonderful to use as a backpack for myself. Very excited to use it! Customer service was very helpful in helping me get it ordered and shipped!

I like the added zipper pockets for iPad/Kindle storage and general organization. Quick shipping too. Great duffle! Do it!
This isn’t a big backpack. It’s absolutely massive. I’d suggest somewhat in jest that they should include an interior light. It gets dark down at the bottom. The bag could also use a couple more pockets, inside and out.
That being said, it’s a gorgeous piece. I’ve seen others complain about the water bottle pocket. You gotta break it in! I can fit an entire Gatorade bottle in mine. You just have to treat it like a baseball glove. The one side zippered pocket fits a Stanley 8oz flask nicely, (as heard from a friend).
The smell is amazing, I gotta wonder how many of these they can make off of one water buffalo. It also ages beautifully. I’ve been using a decent quality cream on mine, it absorbed it right up.
Don’t be afraid to be a little rough on it. It’ll take abuse. It’ll also wear it in.
