The only thing I would change about this bag is the luggage attachment strap. Could be tighter or adjustable for a snugger fit
You get what you pay for. Prior to this bag, I had a similar one I bought for a third of the price of the Kodiak. I looked good, but the zippers began to separate and repairing them didn't last long. The Kodiak appears to be very sturdy and durable. I look forward to many years of use out of it.

I’ve used this bag a few weeks now and it’s very high quality material and build. Very happy with it!
I purchased this three years ago (wallet is slightly cheaper now, not sure if leather has changed at all). Stitching is still perfect and besides some nicks and wrinkles, wallet is still in very good shape. I’m rough with EDC items and usually replace wallets around the 2-3 year mark but there’s no need to with this one.
We ordered these for our staff and can't wait to give them to them during the Holidays. Our logo impression looks great and the quality of the leather is very nice and smells so good! Kodiak's customer service was awesome and easy to order. The order came fast!
Super soft leather, fits right on top of my roller bag or comfortably on my back. Lots of compartments and very well made. The water bottle pockets could be bigger, but overall I love it and highly recommend!
Quality build. Real leather. Hope to have it for a long time. Zippers are great. Lots of room inside and spots for cards wallets phones. Exterior Pockets for items. An excellent separated pocket for Shoe or extra clothes leads into the main compartment.
The leather and quality of the bag is really top notch, but the structure is lacking. The straps are way too long to the point where they are constantly getting caught in things. The bag collapsed inward on day two because of what feels like a cheap piece of cardboard that’s used shape the top panel of the main compartment…so the bag just looked squished all the time because the cardboard is crumpled by now. Hesitant that I would ever purchase again.

I bought this bag for my husband 3ish years ago, thinking investing in a genuine leather bag it would last him years to come…. The bag is absolutely beautiful but I’m extremely disappointed that after a couple years the zippers are no longer working and essentially render an expensive leather bag useless. Would say it’s not worth the money if you’re planning to invest in a piece that you want to last.

Decently made but there's a few changes that would make it outstanding. The perimeter stitching is only a single pass, would be nice to see a double stitch and a little more overlap of the leather.
Second would be the card pockets. A credit card/ID card is the same width as a passport. So rather than having them vertical with a weird gap around it make the pocket wider to hold the cards horizontal, and do a 50% overlap. This would also keep the cards from stacking on top of each other preventing the bump you get in the middle.

This pouch is very handy and is a nice size. It does a good job protecting what is in it. I have used it both for holding thumb drives and camera filters.

Multiple pockets and perfect to use in a simple lifestyle. I used this for a recent trip to Ireland. It can pack up to a weeks worth of clothing, if not more. FYI, I am 147cm and 50kg. This may be a tad small for an average sized man to use as sole luggage
I have several Bags from the Kodiak leather company. I am deeply pleased to own them. I own most of the Augustine Canvas Duffle Bags now and several of the Denali bags. I am planning on purchasing several leather bags and the Denali canvas bags.
Really disappointed in the straps immediately staining my husbands shirt when he put the long strap over his shoulder to carry the bag for the first time. The leather strap should have been treated to not stain since it’s mmesnt to be carried. Clasps is also sensitive and opened easily
