Very nice. I hope it stands the test of time cause I love the aesthetics.

Do not buy!!!

I bought this bag for longer trips thinking it would be perfect and last a long time. After one year (and 2 trips) the strap ripped out where it was sewn into the bag. Then a few months later, the zipper closing the bag came off while at the airport, so I had to deal with an open bag my entire trip and used duct tape to secure it. Terrible quality control for an item I barely used in less than two years.

Great bag and service

I really like the bag. In addition, the customer service is excellent. My first shipment did not arrive and they took care of me without question. Make sure you get the shipping insurance.

Very Poor Quality

Extremely disappointing. Within a year of using the bag, both of the snaps on the handle clasp fell off.
One of the zippers has a broken tooth, and the canvas is starting to pill up. I travel maybe 5 to 8 times a year, and I take care of my possessions so its not being abused when I use it. This company makes absolutely overpriced garbage. The zippers are cheap, the hardware is not installed well, and it's absurd that you pay close to $300 for a piece of garbage like this. The last bag I had was a crappy duffel bag from Target that I bought in 2005 for $70 and used for 15 years! It's absurd how completely disposable and low quality everything has become. Do not support companies like this. They're Outsourcing their work to overseas factories that are not inspecting the quality of anything. The only reason it's not 1 star is because I think the style of the bag is very attractive, but again, that's just another example of how far our culture has devolved: everything is about superficial form rather than the quality of its function.
