Customer service was the worst that I have ever had to deal with !!!!!I will never shop with you again or suggest your company to anyone that I will talk to , to shop with you ever!!!!!

For clarity, our team was closed when your order was placed over the weekend, but we shipped your bag first thing Monday morning as soon as we were back in the office. Unfortunately, the carrier then experienced a delay that was outside of our control, and I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.

This purse is a great size. It can fit a small wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, chap stick. The leather is great quality and it’s very light. I barely notice I’m wearing it. The only thing I wish was different is the metal zipper and hardware color. I would have liked an aged bronze a little better but it’s still beautiful!

Not sure about it being genuine leather. It didn’t feel or smell like the real deal.
