Heavy duty handles.
Luggage / trolley strap on the back of the bag.
Adjustable + detachable shoulder carry strap.
Premium Brass Hardware, magnetic closures, and YKK Zippers.

Excellent product backed with superior customer service

I've owned my pilot bag in antique brown for about a year, I can't express how much I love this bag. Almost every conference or meeting or even coffee shop I'm at with it someone has to ask where it's from and if they can touch the leather lol
I use the back for my 16-inch MacBook Pro and the front for legal pads and pens. The two front pockets hold chargers and sunglasses and the front flap I keep a pair of noise-cancelling earbuds.

I recently had the top zippers derail and go out on me, I contacted the support email and I received word back...get this:
The same day, over labor day weekend, and the problem was resolved literally before the holiday was over.....I mean, I've never got customer support that fast and that excellent before from an online vendor.

I can't recommend this company enough, their leather is extremely nice. I don't leave the house without, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Amazing Bag

Purchased the Buffalo Leather Pilot bag and could not be happier with the quality of the product. Been in use for a few weeks now so I cannot speak to long term durability but so far could not be happier.
