Bag is great. The smell of the leather, intoxicating. And to top it off, their customer service is phenomenal!

Very dissatisfied.

I found the leather to have a “fake” leather look and feel. My hope was that once it had some use that the bag would appear different and break in a little. I then quickly found that the leather snap band that secures the handles together was too small not allowing the snaps to align and secure the handles.
