Nice bag to travel with for a couple night trip. Looks great too.

What you see may not be what you get

I ordered the limited edition bag for several reasons. One of those reasons is, by my perception, the premium all leather shoulder strap pictured with the bag. I wanted that style of strap with the adjustable buckle.

What I did not want was the strap I received. The strap that was sent was with webbing and a slide style adjustment.

What I received is the strap shown with the less expensive version of the bag.

There was no mention of this in the product description or in any of the photos. So for this reason I feel tricked and cheated.

I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond telling me this strap was an update and I could not get the strap as shown with the bag. I did get a twenty dollar credit. A nice gesture to be sure but it doesn't really change anything.

It all made my first experience with Kodiak a disappointing one.

Loved the bags

We purchased two of the Yukon 30L weekender duffel in Cocoa for graduation gifts for our grandchildren. They loved them! They came packaged well and they are made very well. Loved the smell of the leather! They are the perfect for our grandsons. They will use them for weekend travel for golf trips and any other trips they make. We wanted a gift that would last a long time for them and bring them joy and the bags are perfect! Thank you!
