Amazing Quality

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. The canvas is thick, quality, and durable. Stitching and size is just right for a daily/weekend bag. And the zippers are heavy and solid, with the leather being the highlight of the bag. Leather is amazing quality and I can tell this is a bag I can give my kids when it outlasts me. Customer service is also outstanding. I had a minor issue, and without even establishing a conversation, they rectified the issue while giving me the benefit of the doubt, and were prompt and courteous. Kodiak made a life customer out of me with this bag, I won’t be buying quality bags from anywhere else after this perfection of a duffel.
