We pride ourselves on quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We offer a 1 year warranty from purchase date on all items that were purchased directly from our website or store.

If your product was purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.

Clearance items are NOT protected by Kodiak Leather’s Warranty Policy and are not returnable.

We recognize that there are times that you may need to return an item for a specific reason due to size, color or preference. Our return policy allows you to return new and unused products within 45 days of purchase for a refund on your order. Please have your order number and the email address associated with the order available when completing and submitting the return form.

Conditions of return

Returns must be requested within 45 days from purchase date for a refund. Store credit will be issued up to 90 days from date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.

*If shipping from within the United States, Kodiak Leather Co. will cover your return shipping cost on your return. It is your responsibility to pack and ship the bag in a way that will allow us to resale the unused item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • No cash refunds on gifts or exchanges. Store credit will be issued. 
  • No restocking fees.

* Leather is a natural, durable, & flexible material. Each hide is unique with individual characteristics which may be visible on our products. These features may include small leather scars, creases, or variations in color, which are not manufacturing defects.
