Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
Thank you for supporting the Kodiak Leather brand. We pride ourselves on quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We want to hear about any issues you may have with your purchase. Email us at support@kodiakleather.com with any questions.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges of unused items must be requested within 30 days from purchase date. Items must be received within 45 days of purchase date.
During the holiday season, we will offer an extended return/exchange window. Orders placed between October 29th and December 15th may be returned or exchanged as long as the process is initiated by January 15th, and received by our warehouse by January 31st.
It is your responsibility to pack and ship the product in such a way that will protect the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If shipping from within the United States, we will cover your return shipping cost and there are no restocking fees.
No cash refunds on gifts or exchanges. Store credit will be issued.
Any product purchased for 50% off or more will be considered final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange, but will still be covered by our one year warranty.
Clearance items and free gifts with purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges at any time.
Please have your order number and the email address associated with the order available when completing and submitting the return & exchange form.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty from purchase date on all items that were purchased directly from our website or store. If your product was purchased through a third party retailer, please contact them directly.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as those in hardware, material or craftsmanship. Please note that leather is a natural, durable, and flexible material. Each hide is unique with individual characteristics which may be visible on our products. These features may include small leather scars, creases, or variations in color, which are not manufacturing defects. Additionally, our canvas items are produced at different times, which can cause slight variations in the color of the canvas and leather hardware. Clearance items are not protected by Kodiak Leather’s warranty policy.
