Orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing, or if the item is out of stock. Please take this into account when placing your order. *The estimated shipping times at checkout are based on the time it will take once it is received by the shipping carrier. These times are estimated, and there could be delays from the carrier that are out of our control, especially during the busy holiday season.

If you have a promo code, just enter it into the "Discount Code" box at checkout, then click apply. Once applied, the order amount will reflect your discount.
5. Can I get my bag wet?
While leather can get wet without hurting it, we recommend that you keep your bag out of any rain or moisture as much as possible. Our bags have been tanned and dyed to get the distinct vintage coloring, and water can affect the look of the leather and cause spotting on the bag. Your leather bag will last longer if you keep it dry and apply a leather conditioner or cream as needed.
6. Is Route shipping protection refundable?
Route is a separate company from us and offers shipping protection to make sure your package arrives to you. If you select Route shipping protection, they will cover any lost, damaged or stolen items. This service is not refundable once you have received your package. If you are returning an item, you will not be refunded for the Route payment, as that is a separate service.
7. Is the extended warranty refundable if I return my bag?
Yes, if the bag is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
