1. How fast do you ship?

Orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing, or if the item is out of stock. Please take this into account when placing your order. *The estimated shipping times at checkout are based on the time it will take once it is received by the shipping carrier.  These times are estimated, and there could be delays from the carrier that are out of our control, especially during the busy holiday season. Please note that we will be closed and/or operating under reduced hours for the holidays and end of year inventory from December 25-January 2, so orders may be delayed.


2. Do I need to pay customs fees on an international (outside the US) order?

As of right now, you will need to pay any additional customs fees your country charges for imports unless you are shipping to Canada or any US territories. Shipments going to Canada will have customs fees applied at checkout, and there will be no additional fees charged after you place your order. 


3. What is Navidium Package Protection?

You will notice an option for Navidium package protection when you go to the checkout page.  This add-on will cover lost, damaged or stolen items, no questions asked. You have the option to remove the Navidium service by toggling the green button to the off position, or by removing the Navidium product from your cart. 

This service offers us a way to protect your shipment from anything that may happen to it from the time it leaves the warehouse until you have your order in hand. If you have any additional questions about how Navidium works, please email us at support@kodiakleather.com

Once purchased, Navidium is non-refundable.


4. How do I return my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you want to return or exchange your order, you can either fill out this form or email us at support@kodiakleather.com. Please see our full return, exchange and warranty policy for more information.


5. How long do I have to return my order?

Contact us within: 30 days of purchase date
Ship items back within: 45 days of purchase date
During the holiday season, we will offer an extended return/exchange window. Orders placed between November 1st and December 15th may be returned or exchanged as long as the process is initiated by January 15th, and received by our warehouse by January 31st.

6. How do I apply a promo code?

If you have a promo code, just enter it into the "Discount Code" box at checkout, then click apply. Once applied, the order amount will reflect your discount.


7. Can I get my bag wet?  

While leather can get wet without hurting it, we recommend that you keep your bag out of any rain or moisture as much as possible.  Our bags have been tanned and dyed to get the distinct vintage coloring, and water can affect the look of the leather and cause spotting on the bag. Your leather bag will last longer if you keep it dry and apply a leather conditioner or cream as needed.


8. Is the extended warranty refundable if I return my bag?

Yes, if the bag is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
