Amazing product - Even better customer support

I received a Denali duffle as a gift which I used all throughout a month long trip in Europe, traveling hostel to hostel and it was a great bag to have with me. It looks great and feels very sturdy. Sadly my zipper pull broke by the metal but after reaching out to the company for support they were quick to offer to send me a completely new bag as long as I sent in my old one. So after my trip, I sent mine it and they sent me a replacement. They paid for shipping and handled it very quickly. Would highly recommend their product, as well as their customer support.

Looks, feels, and smells great! The hardware is impressive as well. As most leather products are, it is quite stiff out of the box, but I'm sure it'll break in nicely over time. I am excited to use this bag for all my upcoming travels!
