The fit, the finish everything about this bag I love!! I am a collector of bags and this fit into my collection nicely!

Really missing a grab handle!

The leather is great. The color is great. The bag is as beautiful and cavernous as advertised. IF ONLY... It had a grab handle on top to move it around. A small annoyance, but one that happens every day.

Fantastic bag, regret not having handles

The only regret I’ve got with this particular Kodiak bag is that I didn’t realize how much I’ve historically and habitually used handles above the flap on previous bags for things like getting in and out of cars. I do kinda wish this bag had that option instead of having to go for a completely different design to get handles.
Otherwise, immaculate. Feels sturdy. Truly solid leather craftsmanship. Great bag.

Resolved issues with care

When the bag arrived, there was an issue. I communicated with a person that seemed to actually be at the facility and not a random customer service rep. They asked the appropriate questions and then dealt with the issue with the highest regard of my satisfaction. I truly appreciate the way they dealt with the matter.
