Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

Overall very Good

Briefcase looks good and like shown on website. It’s a little tight for me once I have laptop and a few pads in it but it does the job. If it was an inch deeper it would be perfect. Only issue I had was strap rings broke second day but Kodiak sent me a new one right away so that was a good response. Hoping strap two holds up. Bag looks like it will for many years!

Bag is great but the buckle already broke

I am super happy with the quality of the bag but the spring for buckle on the bag came undone so now it’s a hassle to close the bag. I haven’t reached out to have this fixed yet.
